My goal is to help you achieve emotional well-being and personal growth, empowering you to make positive changes in your life. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, ensuring that you receive the support and guidance necessary for your journey. I work with clients suffering from anxiety, depression, stress related issues, trauma, relationship issues, grief and loss, self esteem and self-worth issues, behavioural disorders, identity and self-exploration issues, major life transitions and family dynamics issues.
